A bit about me.
I’ve been immersed in endurance sports for over 20 years, starting out as a road runner and eventually diving into multisport. Along the way, I’ve tackled 11 marathons, countless half marathons, 14 Coast to Coast races (including six Longest Days), five half-Ironmans, and one full Ironman. Nowadays, my heart lies in trail running and exploring the outdoors.
I started coaching four years ago because there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone achieve what they once thought was impossible. I bring my own experiences — the highs, the lows, and everything in between — to every athlete I work with, helping them train smarter, stay consistent, and enjoy the process.
My approach is simple: tailor your training to your goals, make it manageable, and keep it meaningful.
